South Downs Way off road bike ride
Join the British Heart Foundation on the "big daddy" of off road rides in the South East. Take on the full length of the South Downs national trail, that's 100 miles in one day with 10,000 feet of climbing! Or go for the shorter but still extremely testing 35 mile route.
Mountain bikes and real endurance a must!
Please note the 35 mile route starts from: Devils Dyke, Dyke Road, Poynings, Brighton, BN1 8YJ
Both distances finish in Eastbourne
