Julia's House logo

A little over a year ago, we launched a home-based respite care service to families of life-limited children living in south Wiltshire. Despite living just a few miles from Dorset, where we have provided care for more than a decade, these Wiltshire families had no access to this sort of frequent support. Now, in response to increasing demand, we are expanding our care county-wide in Wiltshire. Building a small, centrally-located children’s hospice for Wiltshire is integral to our vision of helping more children and families. To complete this landmark £3million project, we now need public support from across the county.

We exist to educate and remind every 18-30 year old in the UK that checking their boobs isn't only fun, it could save their life. How do we do this? We target music lovers at festivals and students at Universities. We launch national awareness campaigns that get amazing PR. We organise events that are fun and inspiring. We engage fellow young breast cancer survivors to be our voice and we pester famous faces to help us reach an even wider audience. We're like a friendly bop on the head when you least expect it. You won't find us shaking a bucket on the streets, but we will be there asking you when you last checked your boobs.

Wiltshire Air Ambulance logo

Now in its silver jubilee year, Wiltshire Air Ambulance provides an essential helicopter emergency medical service to anyone who lives, works or travels in Wiltshire. The helicopter and highly skilled crew can scramble in two minutes and can reach anywhere in Wiltshire in nine minutes. We are a registered charity that does not receive government funding and we must raise £2.5 million a year to keep flying, relying completely on the generosity of the public and community.
